At times in life most of us experience feelings that are not comfortable:
these may be extremely painful,
or seem as though they have always been there.
You may feel depressed, very anxious, or that you are of no value.
It is at times like these that talking to someone in a totally safe and
confidential environment can be very helpful.
This is the basis of counselling.
We do not give advice, but help our clients to make their own
decisions and choices by helping them to look at all aspects
of themselves and their difficulties.
We work psychodynamically, which means we connect the present
to the past, and look at what may be pushed out of consciousness,
but needs to be thought about.
We believe in the value and importance of each and every individual,
and aim to help those who come to us to live fuller, richer and less anxious lives.
